April Bowlby, an American model and actress. She is well known for her role as Kandi and Stacy Barrett from Drop Dead Diva, and Rita Farr and Titans and Doom Patrol. April Michelle Bowlby, an American actress, is best known for her role for her role as Stacy Barrett on the American drama/comedy television series Drop Dead Diva and Kandi from the sitcom Two and a Half Men. The modeling industry was her first profession, then films and TV programs. Following her appearance as an extra to the series CSI: Crime Scene Investigation and in one-episode parts on different shows, her first role on the screen was CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. In the near future, she was cast in the role as Kandi on Two and a Half Men. Bowlby is well-known around the globe for her role she played in the role of Stacy Barrett in Drop Dead Diva. Bowlby played Rita Farr/Elastigirl who was a regular on the American show Titans. In a spin-off show from Doom Patrol, she will reprise the role. Bowlby has also appeared in TV movies Sands of Oblivion & The Wrong Daughter. After appearing in The Slammin Salmon (which was her debut feature) as well as From Prada, to Nada she debuted in the big screen with All Roads Lead Home. Bowlby moved to Manteca California when she was a young girl and attended East Union High School. Prior to deciding on a career in acting, she studied French as well as ballet in Moorpark College. She studied with Ivana Chaubbuck and landed the role in a television show (Kandi, Two and a Half Men) months after her Hollywood audition. Bowlby is known for her appearances in various TV programs, such as CSI (as Kaitlin in 2004), CSI: NY (as Jenny Lee in 2006), Freddie: Sydney in 2005 and Stacked: Jasmine in 2007, as well as How I Met Your Mother: Meg in 2007. Bowlby played Natasha last year on All Roads Lead Home, a movie from 2007 that follows a 12-year-old girl who loses her mother due to a car accident. Bowlby has been cast in the 2008 comedic movie The Slammin Salmon as Mia. She lives in Los Angeles. Her natural hair is red and blue eyes. She is single and has no children.
