Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model for competition and sponsored athlete. When she was 16, she began taking part in fitness competitions, following her decision to quit gymnastics. As a teenager, she won her pro certificate just one year later. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. When she quit her gymnastics profession, she began to compete in fitness contests at the age of 16 when she was 16. After only one year, she was able to earn her Pro Card at age 17. This made her one of the youngest IFBB Pro in history. Ariel was forced to take six years away from stage work when she was awarded her Professional card to complete college. In 2015 was an extension of previous performances, in which she competed at elite events like Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. The contest lasted for several years after her first appearance with a goal of setting higher standards every year. She was awarded four more fitness championships by the close of 2009. In 2009, she became her NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She became the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged just 17). Ariel Ariel Ariel has taken the time off for six years from competing when she earned her pro-card to finish her college education. In the month of October, 2015, she made a return by presenting her IFBB Fitness Pro debut at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. She placed 3rd in the competition. In the summer of 2016, she was named the overall winner at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, which allowed her to compete in be a part of the Fitness Olympia. She stepped on the Olympia stage just three months later, and took her place 6th in the Fitness Division. With no expectations prior to the event, Ariel says she was more than happy of her performance. There is no doubt that Ariel was able to place well, considering that she was competing against the best athletes. Ariel continues to improve each year. Ariel's top body part to train is the back. Her typical back workout consists of bent-over rows, one-arm pull-downs using lats with a machine. and seated rows. In the beginning, she is warm before progressing to working out. Ariel is the most efficient use of the time she has. Ariel achieves this by performing supersettings to all her back exercises. It involves three or four sets of 10-12 repetitions.
